I'm not sold on the "Samantha Southern" you found being the same girl (and you're close enough effie, Clemson is a university) but I would totally sign on with the Genesis covergirl you found being the same as the MG.

No ID, but I found via newspapers dot com various advertisements between 1994 and 1997 for strip-shows.

In some of them her appearance in magazines and the Travis-Tritt-video is mentioned.
