Please help me with a purchase from a german site

Hi im looking for a DVD from studio XXL/ORION called "Total ausgelaufen" Ive tryed looking for it for ages,but its no where to be found,eccept from this one site:Movies4web.de as far as i can understand its a german VOD site,and im not sure if anyone outside of germany can use there services.So if anyone could help me in any way just send me a PM it would make my day
