Albertine Marlowe
Albertine "Babe" Marlowe
http://www.ibdb.com/person.php?id=51466 "Albertine Marlowe’s first mention in the public record is a 1915 arrest notice. Aged 16, she was accused of stealing $1,000 from the bag of a wealthy woman who had befriended her. The chargers were later dropped for lack of evidence and the circumstances suggest her innocence. Besides her stints in Ziegfeld productions she worked in the Jerome Kern musical, “Rock-A-Bye Baby”. During the 1920s she apparent led the life of a “bright young thing,” night-clubbing, circulating in society, and doing an occasional entertainment gig or yacht launching."
