I recognised a Readers Wife in a late 90s Razzle as a manager I’d once worked with in a pharma company. No objection whatsoever to Readers Wives (wish mine would appear but she’s totally vanilla with anything sex-related), however the manager in question was one of the most toxic individuals I’ve worked with in my 25 year career.
