I've read that at some UK football grounds (in the past), instead of a pissoir folks in the terraces would simply aim at one of the pockets of those in the row immediately in front.

Being neighbourly and keeping their mates warm, perhaps?

As for Aussie footballers, they seem to just stick to coke.

Hiram Big here(Who's this Kevin guy?). Yes I made a serious error in my initial calculations about that insane idea to build a tunnel from New Zealand to Australia. I forgot one major thing. New Zealand has some fairly big volcanoes. The construction of the tunnel might have caused enough vibrations to cause one or more of those volcanoes to erupt. It is peculiar. The giant continent of Australia does have some volcanoes,but they are very stable, whereas the New Zealand ones are not, possibly because the tectonic plate that supports the two islands shift. Well I have another idea brewing. More on that another time.

Not as many public conveniences as there used to be but where I live there are still some in public car parks and similar sites.

We also have a lot of these "superloos". So you are not wrong in so far as Greater London and Buckinghamshire are concerned.
