Ok I am currently watching Border Patrol.
I just remembered how much I hate these Chinese fuckers who are always trying to smuggle their disgusting food into the country without declaring it.
Australia is an island with a very delicate eco system. Any foreign food that comes in is a serious risk.

"Why didn't you declare these deep fried cockroaches?"

Greenie Party, again

My country has of late had a lot of talk about starting it's own space program, way overdue.

Would be great for education, investment and employment

but

Bit annoyed this morning at people who ask for help in say the Holy Grail thread, get help and advise, and don't comment or even thank.

Also a bit cheesed at members who join ask a few questions then not post anything again.

If only you knew how many times I've removed a brand new members post when it's the last one in a thread asking for answers or requests

If it's a newish post and been answered by an older member I leave them,

But, we take care of it when we can

Annoying is dealing with the kind of post that I remove and the member sends a PM asking why, so you tell them why and they just don't get it

I went to Vodaphone today to get a cheap phone.
I use prepaid because the phone is just an emergency phone, I don't I spend all day texting and staring at my phone, probably because I grew up in a world without mobile phones and don't really connect to them the way today's kids do.
The phone was $49, bargain right, unfortunately it was locked to Vodaphone which has really expensive prepaid plans. I asked if I could unlock it to use my much more economical Optus sim.
The girly said yes but there was a $50 fee involved.
At that point I just walked out.
Vodaphone used to be quite cheap but now they have been taken over by corporate greed.
Their prepaid plans are $30 a month minimum, they used to have a 365 day plan but that's gone now, obviously too cheep.
