Am thinking (Hey it could happen ) that the main reason I`m not disliking ,
Is because I bravely (Like you weren't all thinking it ) struggled through this first That said as much as , Hopes to be cutting and sarcastic about the deranged political and military system we struggle to cope with. This , Portrayed it ten times better

Personal Shopper
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4714782/ Saw the name and went straight past it on my searches as I thought hmmm that sounds realllllly interesting Yes Kristen Stewart is topless but is that really enough to buy the movie ??? That's what happens when you judge a book by the cover I was in Asda browsing the other day and picked it up and read the blurb "a brazenly unconventional ghost story" GHOST STORY those words screamed out at me so I bought it. It's way different to what I thought, she plays a woman mourning the death of her brother, they have the same heart defect and he died of a heart attack. They made a pact that whoever died first would try to send the other a message, is that tied in to the constant text messages she receives? Those messages slowly turn our shy medium to show a more adventurous side, the few spooky scenes are well handled and we never really know what's going on. The last scene suggests a possible explanation then immediately cuts. I suspect some horror fans may miss this film as it almost slipped under my radar. Great looking girl but put that sodding phone away will you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dSqMpkGOW9g

Abattoir (2016)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1480285/ A reporter's family is brutally murdered, together with a cop when they investigate the house where the crime occurred they find that the room that contained the crime scene has been removed, on checking they find that the same thing has happened to several other houses over the years. All the crimes lead back to a small insular town called New English and a very sinister secret involving preacher Jebediah Crone and what he is doing with those rooms https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUI5tBtfgCk If nothing else it is original

Watched Matinee Idol ( http://vintage-erotica-forum.com/sho...6&postcount=17 ) last night.
Pretty much the best comedy porn film I've seen. Succeeded by just taking the piss out of itself. It's about the problems of making a porn movie when the main stars hate each other. The man characters are called Lance Hardy, Linda Hand, later Bud Cochran and Daisy Chainee are added to the mix. The movies producers are Mr Cox and Mr Kuntz. Watch out for the (nearly) Jaws theme in the pool terror scene with Bud Cochran. Then when Linda invites the Plaster Caster round Bud breaks the mould. Finally Daisy & Bud and then Linda & Lance get married and give up porn. Nothing like a good old fashioned romance with a wedding or 2 at the end and this is nothing like a ....... As I said best porn I've seen in ages. |

All Eyez On Me
IMDB "The true and untold story of prolific rapper, actor, poet and activist Tupac Shakur." AWFUL An almost complete piece of shit. Only Demetrius Shipp Jr is worth a watch as Tupac. The rest is a totally boring and unsatisfying classic biopic which is poorly filmed, edited, written and played. I'm not a big fan of Shakur but was interested about a movie telling his troubled life. But the fact is All Eyez On Me sucks. Big time. And it's way too long. What a mess!

Linda Lovelace for President: (1975) The most famous porn star of all time is encouraged to run for president in this unfunny softcore comedy. The only thing I expected from this POS movie was to see Linda Lovelace naked. Well on that point, it doesn't disappoint. It opens up with a shot of LL stark naked except for an army helmet in front of an American flag with a disclaimer that the film aims to offend everybody. The less said about the film the better. It's a total waste of time even from a LL fan's perspective. Total farce. Bad jokes, bad acting, bad script. Even the amount of nudity and sex is lacking but there are some great shots of LL. I never realized how gorgeous she was. I only ever saw Deep Throat once back in the early 80s on VHS. My first impression of LL back then was that she was very average looking unlike many of the more glamorous porn stars at the time. Obviously porn industry had come a long way since 1974 but then I was too young to have seen it then anyway. In LLFP, we get a look at her at her peak. Great body, great tits, sweet ass. She was obviously at least enjoying the fruits of Deep Throat's popularity despite all the controversy surrounding the film, and her relationship with Chuck Traynor. Even If you're a fan of LL, it's barely worth checking out but do like I did and FF through most of it. The scenes with LL are worth it to see how hot she was. |

Dark City (1998)
Trailer John Murdoch (Rufus Sewell) awakens in a rundown hotel, having no clue who he is. Not soon after that, Murdoch learns that he's wanted for a series of brutal and bizarre murders. While on the run and trying to piece together his past, he is contacted by Dr. Shreber (Kiefer Sutherland) who tells him that he can help him with his identity issues but that a strange group of people is after him. Those "strangers" possess certain powers and as the story unfolds, we discover that Murdoch has acquired the same powers (referred to as tuning) during a failed experiment and thus must be stopped. The problem with Dark City is that it borrows too much from past noir and science fiction films, thus suffering from too many unoriginal segments because it's trying too hard to convince the viewer of its noirish plot complexity. As for the science fiction aspect, it's very stale and relies too much on action and the same old visual effects. All in all, Dark City is neo-noir/sci-fi for the MTV generation but not necessarily bad. |

The Toymaker (2017)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5457454/ 1941 Germany and a man being hunted by Nazis, seeks shelter in a secluded farmhouse, the farmer and his wife hide him in the attic whilst the few Nazi troops the costume budget could cater for search for him, none of them think to look in the attic. The head Nazi commander is a by the numbers evil piece of work under orders to search for an occult book the fugitive was carrying. It is very slow moving and not wanting to spoil the plot it takes a long time for the plot to develop but eventually the book finds its way to a toymaker and you can guess what he does with the spells The doll effects are awful, although they have slightly improved on Andrew Jones previous films. It won't set your world ablaze but there a few unintentional laughs along the way, most evil dolls in films at least look like they move, these three sorry specimens are totally immobile https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=seyiHdIisrA
