This was today's beer. Another English ale called Hens Tooth Bottle Conditioned Strong English Ale. Alcohol content 6.5%. Clear copper/amber color. Produces a frothy head that lingers. Malty, bitter with a taste of toffee, butterscotch and a weak vanilla. Good taste.

This was my beer today. The German Ettaler Curator Dunkler Doppelbock. Alcohol content 7.1%. Malty, sweet taste of figs and raisins. Very smooth going down. Pours a reddish brown color. Great taste.

For New Years Eve I will be drinking just a few glasses of my favorite Southeastern Australian wine: Jacobs Creek Shiraaz.

My beer today is the German DAB which stands for Dortmunder Actien Brauerrei Original Ale. It has a straw yellow color. Alcohol content 5.0%. It has almost no taste. Sort of like a light Pilsner type beer. Not good.

My beer today is Kingfisher Premium Lager from India, a straw golden colored beer with an alcohol content of 4.8%. Very little taste except of the malt and hops. Just fair overall.
