Although she doesn't have the glasses and the hair is a little different, compare breast size and areola. Plus, she is wearing the same necklace and is on the same balcony. And look at the hand. Same ring on finger.

The photographer is Mike Dowson. He posted this picture on his blog Sept 2011

He uses that balcony alot; I think it is part of his apartment or studio. For example

No ID yet . . . but found a few more photos at a site called vampire69_bl0g (change the 0 to an o in the url posted below)

They call her "Vicky" but there is no citation to support that name.

Not 100% sure that this is the same girl, but these photos were included with the ones posted above. She has a full lower lip, etc. so . . . maybe.
