I think you're right.

OP's mystery girl is wearing this thin ring on her pinky, I've seen at least 2 pics in Catalina's thread where she wears one too, but on the other hand, which leads me to assume that mystery girl pic is flipped. When I flip OP pic horizontally there are some moles on her back that Catalina has too, although barely visible (and photoshopped away in most pics), plus there's 2 more remarkable things: her pussylips and the veins on her hands, not many women have these two combined features. Adding it all up to a strong resemblance I'd say you have a positive ID for Catalina L'amour.
