Found a 10:36 minute, low resolution, English language video streaming at x-ham under the title: "Bimbo Fantasizes About Humiliation".

Image-search has now produced links to scene 3 of Wild Life (1982); also known as Erotic Dimensions - The Wild Life - BSD.

The video is offered for sale at several sites, and adultempire provides a cast listing that is more complete than the one at IAFD (we can clearly see that "Mystery" is not Tigr or Victoria Slick}. The man in the scene is Jon Martin, and IAFD calls our mystery woman "Girl".
