Banned Content Query

Just a quick question! In the banned content thread it states "When a model or company is named in this list, then all material of that person or company is forbidden to be posted in the forum". I note that 'lady-sonia.com' is one of the websites named.

My question is, can I start a 'Gill Ellis Young' thread which will feature photos of Lady Sonia when she modelled as Gill Ellis-Young?

The photos are NOT taken from the lady-sonia.com website; they pre-date it by some years and are photos sets from the 80s and 90s.

Thanks for your anticipated help!

Edit: Just noticed that 'justdanica.com' is on the banned list but there is a 'Donna Ambrose' thread. Similar circumstances to my conundrum.

VEF is pretty clear

Anything with the lady-sonia.com logo address on pics/clips = dont post

Everything else is ok

The likes of - Teresa May - on the banned list means anywhere her image appears with a logo or address on a pic or film / clip cant be posted

For a defintive / quick answer its always better to ask the Mods in the section
where you'll be posting - bottom right handside in every section

The real question will be who owns the content

If its the same people the thread might be short lived anyway
