This is all was Fiesta ever printed of Shelley (unless someone knows otherwise) even the 'best of' edition was a pic for pic reprint of the regular issue feature. Which is a shame. Love to know if she spread pussy in some of the unpublished photos - hand position in bottom left third page may indicate she did.

Would love to see more - ~I even e-mailed the then editor of Fiesta a couple of years ago asking if this set had been digitised and offered to pay for them - but he wouldn't play ball.

You've got it right on the spot there- Even though some of the women they featured were stunning, every bit as hot as the models in the rest of the mag, the best bit about Readers Wives was often when they featured 'Mrs Average', the woman who could be your kid's schoolteacher, or work in your local bank. She might be an older lady, she might not have the most perfect body in the world, but here she is in Fiesta, with a lovely big smile on her face as she takes all her clothes off and spreads her legs to show everything she's got for our wanking enjoyment.

That set of Shelley you posted is a great example, and is a big favourite with me as well- she's lovely. Pics like these are why I never missed a 'Readers Wives Special', and why my usual routine for my first 'read' of a new issue of Fiesta used to be to work my way through the mag, saving the Wives and the Readers' Wives Striptease until last so I could finish off to them.

Fiesta Readers Wives Striptease was simply the best. It gave us the everyday women that we looked at in the normal readers wives section, but with clarity and detail that amateur photographs were not able to provide in the pre-digital era. For me it was the ordinary (and unexperienced in modelling)women baring all that turned me on. The larger or more unusual shaped ones were always a treat. Older women too were a bonus and this introduced me to mature porn. Awkward poses, nervous smiles, droopy tits and an untrimmed bush also added in a big way to the thrill of having a wank over the woman who works in the corner shop. Joan of Bedford here pretty much sums all this up.

I reckon Readers Wives Striptease was my favourite feature in any top-shelf mag- Pure genius, it was the main reason I bought Fiesta, and I'll bet I wasn't alone in that. As much as I loved readers' wives pics in general, they did often suffer from dodgy photography, and only being reproduced as small pics, so seeing everyday amateur ladies (though IIRC they did cheat and slip a model in sometimes) doing a proper 'professional' shoot over several pages, as you say, did away with all that.

I know what you mean about the nervous smiles, awkward poses etc- Greg's choice of Jackie a few posts back is a classic- looking at her expression in the first pic where she pulls her skirt up to flash her knickers and stockingtops, you can almost see her thinking 'should I really be doing this?'- to which the answer is definitely YES!- she's a real cutie and I've enjoyed her set many times over the years.

In the early days, Fiesta photographers actually went to the wives houses to take the shoot. What an amazing job that must have been and surley there must have been opportunity for a few fun and games as well!
