After all those conflicting medical BS reports, finally I'm able to present to you the truth.

The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British
or Americans.
The French eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the British
or Americans.
The Japanese consume very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than
the British or Americans.
The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine yet still suffer fewer heart attacks than
the British or Americans.
The Germans drink a lot of beer, eat sausages and a lot of fat yet they suffer
fewer heart attacks than the British or Americans.

The inescapable conclusion is: You can eat or drink what whatever you like...

No one wants to take responsibility for anything anymore.

Apartment complexes in Texas use a standard Apartment lease contract that's printed by TAA, the Texas Apartment Association.

In it it indicates that tenants are responsible for the pest control of their own unit which includes bugs and rodents and anything else that may enter their unit.

Go to the store and get some rodent baits and traps.

Stop wanting the apartment complex to do everything for you. They are only responsible for maintenance of the unit when something breaks.

Looking at her last name and at the location of the apartment complex, I bet she is on Section 8 housing assistance and she only pays 30% of her monthly rent and the county and Federal government subsidizes the remaining 70%.
