Mom found a drawing I did once and she didn't approve. Otherwise, parents never found my porn stash but I found theirs! hahaha. It's part of the reason I kept my stash so small, theirs was big enough that I didn't need much of a stash.

Also my friends had access to stashes of porn whether it was their parents or their own, I had frequent access.

Not as far as I know - I kept my mags carefully hidden in the cupboard under my bed, where I don't think my mum would ever have looked.

Plenty of interesting items here and seems a lot of us were either forgetful or unlucky. Me? Well mum went on holiday with her sister to Scotland so I stuck around twenty or so centre spreads of Parade, this is the mid 1960's, up on my bedroom wall, then one day got my stash of Spick and Span and Beautiful Britains out on my bed, stripped then ran a bath. Bugger me when I came out of the bathroom to get the mags sporting a bloody great hard on who had come back early! Yeah, you guessed. Still not sure of who did what first or how quickly but neither of us said a word. Had to wank off in the bath without telling the girls on the pages how much I fancied them.

I was one sic fuck as a teen. But looking back on it I couldnt get laid to save my life. So there was this outlet, Porn became a constant. And I Do Mean a Constant! My Mom found my mags several times. Were talking Hard Core Bondage. Dozens upon dozens some with writting in them, Very Graphic writting as to fantasies. I could Always Write. But in THIS context, well this played with my psche for quite a few yrs. as to Why this was I never really figured that out. We never really spoke of it. My Mom was like always proper, Say and Do the Right Thing. Sex? Oh we dont Talk about that. I remember being 9ish, a friend copped some black and whites, semi hardcore, a total Nothing as far as it being filthy BUT this was 1965. I was comming in the back door and She made me empty my pockets. She was PISSED. I was like..... really broken from that. But I think that door was finally opened for me. The world of Porn. The true Beauty of it when it's Done right. I was in between houses at 21, waiting on a house to open up for me within about 10 days staying with my grandmother. By this Time I had....if I gave numbers they would SEND people here to take me away. *LOL* Lets just say I had massive culled lots, Huge numbers. I wish I HAD 20% of that today. A lot of that would be worth quite a bit of money as a whole. A lot of rare stuff. Bondage, Bondage, BONDAGE! Anyway She found about 30% of it one day and one of the "Coolest" things that has Ever happened to me concerning Porn is what She stated to me after finding it. "Oh honey Your Magazines and paperbacks I was looking thru a couple of your boxes and I happened to see some things I shouldnt have. I'm sorry. I wont tell my daughter. It's none of Her bussiness." I'm like.........there Is a God. Hide What and what for? If Children are around of course but it's Porn. So What?

When I think about my late Mom I still tend to Feel guilt over those times. It was nothing but the disaproval, just it being there was so huge upon me it was hard to deal with it. I've Never spoken with anyone about this before. WHY I couldnt just shed this 45 - 50 yrs. ago I'll never know. Strange the things that we Dont let go of in this life.

I dont blame Porn for Anything in my life. It's a very Serious passion of mine When I'm in that frame of mind. Yet these days TIME is not my Friend as it once was.

Deep. No, probably full of Shit yet I have some real insights into Porn that I think are quite valid.

hmm, not my Mum but Grandma did. I had the stuff under my bed (how stupid!) and went on a vacation trip with my family. Grandma did the housesitting while we were gone. When we got back, the mags were neatly placed on my desk. How embarassing!!! Grandma never said a word...

I found out a few years after the fact that my mother had found my small stash of pictures, not mags, under my bedroom rug. She was so cool she just left them there.

Something almost the opposite of this happened, when in 1992 my parents took me to a bar in Chicago, IL on the riverfront, and there was this blonde girl who spoke UK English, selling lingerie at the counter, who vaguely resembled Karen Mulder from V.S. advertising. Lo and behold, when I returned from this trip, some adverts were coincidentally [?!] on the floor near my parents' room... ?!?!?!

More recently, on another family vacation to Asheville, NC, my Christian relatives revealed that they had a copy of "Debbie Does Dallas", and I cannot imagine what it would have been like to watch this movie with my religiously-devout aunt and uncle plus my parents in the same room. Fortunately, they didn't play this movie. I am all for the freedom of individuals to look at porn as teenagers and adults, but I don't think children (under 12) or unwilling viewers should have to see it. I'm libertarian politically...

And I won't even go into what happened when I was 8 and at my uncle's 50th birthday party, with my 6-year-old cousin, and they had a fully nude stripper dance at the party. It was about as inappropriate as Ashton and Kayleigh in underage porn in "The Butterfly Effect" movie of 2004. But I was cool with another relative exposing me to Playboy at 11-12... >

Yep, my Mum found my copy of Club International when I was 12, binned it and told me how disappointed she was. Found my second stash of mostly Escort aged 14, that time told me she was disappointed but left them be. At that point I had found my Dad and hers stash, including the polaroids (!),so I figured she couldn't be that disappointed or that surprised. I always kept them in a drawer, never lying around. Matter was never discussed again!
