Many of you must have read or seen the recent news report on Sports Illustrated model Mara Martin breast feeding her baby while walking the runway.

It was cheered in agreement by a multitude of women claiming that it is a natural thing and a woman's right to choose where she breast feeds her baby.

It was also met with a number of opposing views claiming that it is immoral, indecent, and inappropriate out in public in view of "the public's eye", especially on a runway while in performance of one's job - and that there's a time and a place for that sort of thing.
If I were the clothing manufacturer, in this case a bikini, I would be furious because such an action distracts the audience from viewing his wares.

I would have to go along with the latter -- I would not want to be out in public, say at a restaurant , with family, a date, or in the presence of children and have to see a woman at the next table whip out her tit and start feeding her baby! I would think that she could take it into the ladies room.
I'm certainly no prude, but I can recall once while out at a customer's home in performance of my job a woman suddenly pulled out her tits and began feeding her bay. I recall that it made me quite uneasy and uncomfortable.

Miss Martin was pleased with those in agreement with her, but could not understand all the fuss with those opposed for doing something natural that she does every day.

What next, sucking your boyfriend's/hubby's dick in the aisle at Walmart because/claiming its something you do every day?

Coincidentally, I just learned that two days ago there was an accident between a bicycle rider and a motorist at the very bike crossing where I had my near incident!

It was determined that the bike rider was traveling like a bat out of hell and did not stop at the crossing and crashed into an approaching vehicle crossing the bike path.

Fortunately the bike rider only sustained some scratched and bruises this time and his bike was rendered out of commission, and the vehicle probably sustained a few dings and scratches.

Dashcam for all would be great, that way no arguing about who is at fault and what damage was there before and after accident

Would mean less work for police, insurance, etc as well so they can focus more on other areas

What's the difference between these women or a woman breast feeding her baby?

Just because you saw a nipple or part of a nipple on the woman who is breasfeeding?

I also bet if you saw this on the beach or at a swimming pool where you can see the woman's nipples underneath the wet fabric of her swimsuit's top, you also wouldn't complain one bit.

Hey I'n as horny and like looking at a nice set of tits as the next guy, but I don't need to be seeing some woman breast feeding her baby regardless if its a natural thing and something that's done every day.

I believe years ago if it was absolutely necessary for a woman to breast feed her baby in public they would at least cover themselves and the baby with a small towel, and exhibit a sense of morals and decency.

Peeing and shitting are a normal and every day thing, but would we want to start seeing woman dropping their bikini bottoms and take a dump on the sand at the beach, or a guy whipping out his pecker and taking a piss on the sidewalk?

I was at a favourite pub a few weeks ago. The weather was great and the beer garden was packed front and back. On one table out front was a couple with friends and a baby who needed feeding. Mum sat there and fed the child. No one complained, or for that matter batted an eye lid, and she didn't try to cover up. I have no issue with this, but understand why you might feel awkward around children, but to suggest she goes to the Ladies Room for me is shocking. This is not hygienic at all.

As an asside, and an annoyance to most of my lady friends, the state of ladies toilets in pubs is aparantly disgraceful. Mens are usually wet shall we say. Not ok in shoes, but in sandles or flip flops.....urrrgh

I really was not referring to pubs, but since you brought it up I have an issue with people bringing babies or kids into pubs. Its not proper nor a good environment for them especially with the language and some of the goings-on. Why someone would even want to bring their baby into a pub and take the chance of some potential rowdy or drunk crashing into them and their baby is beyond me.

I was referring to restaurants where the rest rooms are typically more spacious and sanitary than those of a pub/bar.
I know baby must be fed, but I have also seen where some nursing mothers perform/plan feeding time before or after where it does not coincide with their social event/activity.

In addition, since smoking is no longer permitted in bars and restaurants, if they can go outside for a smoke then they can also go outside or to their car to breast feed baby.

Ever listened, not really paying attention but more or less just background voices ..... to female gossip for hours and hours on end

My sister in law came here this morning, and blah blah blah blah
7 hours before she left. "She" this and "I heard" that and "Did you hear" this about "this person" or "that person"

I should have just went down the pub and watched the footy, my fault I should have known better once that crap starts it won't stop
