Yeah she got paroled after 2 years I think.

A little late to the game here since I was away from this board for too long, but to put it bluntly, it sucks at the path that she decided to take. Brandi was one of my favorites from the mid-late eighties. What made her even all the more appealing was that we're practially the same age; she is only four days older than I am. With her young and innocent appearance, she came off as the various cute classmate crushes I had over my childhood, although I didn't care about reading about how she lost her virginity while I was trying to enjoy one of her photos! Her initial appearances in the various NSS editions -- lingerie/summer/Playmate review, etc. seemed to maintain that image.

All good things come to an end, alas, and it came much sooner than I would have liked! She became less appealing (prior to her skirmish with the law) a few years later for going the tattoo route, being married to Nikki Sixx, having to see HIM in pictorials with her, AND being the mother of his children to add insult to injury.

Not a fan of this kind of music, nor these musicians' lifestyle as it's nothing more than bait to reel in babes who are attracted by this "bad boy" nonsense.

I'll still continue to the enjoy the photos she did 1987-89 and pretend everything after that wasn't canon, to use a idiom from Star Trek fandom. Then again, I've been saying the same thing for other models (PB and otherwise), too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
