In the article is said that Brigitte Skay is at the Age of 19. 'Sexy Babe II' is from 1967.

Brigitte Skay was born in 1940, and I'm sure the Peter Basch shots for Girls of the World (not a hugely reliable source for biographical data) were later than the given age indicates, mid 1960s or so.

Jorge Borg's pictures from Sexy Baby were in B&W - here are some colourful caps from that film - again she's a redhead.

Not impossible but unlikely. In the (early) 1970s German topless mag covers were contemporary, you simply would not find a cover of a girlie mag that was more than 3 years old, and these semi-political mags like DasDa, Konkret, Spontan would be even less likely to use an archive shot for a cover.
