Well, a website that advertises phone sex has purchased photos of this mystery model & displayed them under the name "Rose", but I doubt that is the model's id.

Note that most of the image filenames use the name "Sara", although that too may be irrelevant. I suspect this model has done at least 2 photog. sessions, in the first instance numbering up to at least 55 pics.

The black underwear set has at least 70 pics prefixed either sa or sara. For the white underwear set I have only 16 which are simply numbered but there are undoubtedly more. I've never seen any other name for her, either.
