Same image from "Positive Positions" set in Pocket Porn Special no.6 here, but seems an assortment of odd/sole images rather than a pictorial as such, so not sure there's any better pics. of the mystery.

If IAFD is accurate...and that's a bit of a big "if", Tommy LaRock and Debra Lynn's paths may have never crossed. That photo looks closer to 1980 than 1983.

Here's a better look at her from the same layout. Definitely not Debra Lynn...not with that front tooth gap...

And this might...I say might...be the same girl...it's close...
