Being a foreign viewer and readin comments on England' game 0 5 ,! my opinion is as usual England(since Capello) in those qualifications will be very impressive...But in knockouts there is no one.since 1966.Here no one aswell since 2000 and european title. We do live on Zidane' generation 1998 and 2000.And we still believe we are the best.Deschamps has a lot of work. And England coach too.

I will made a prediction too. You are going to be a few positions lower in one year time because you are in the same group with the BEST (Spain). http://www.fifa.com/worldranking/ran...ble/index.html |

Were allowed to, were English. £28 for a Champions League game appears to be manner from heaven, as a non member at Upton Park Dependant on the opposition, I can pay From £39 up to £67. Category A £49 to £67, includes £52 for a restricted view? Cat A teams. Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool, City, Utd and the mighty Reading Category B £39 to £55, includes £45 Restricted view? Not sure about restricted view prices, as for some strange reason, I have never purchased one. Add in the £34.50 train fare, program, food and drink and it gets pretty expensive, which is why I will not see many games this season. I am even considering watching Posh, as I like my footie and its a lot less expensive. |

I'm always ready to espouse the cause of John Terry as being thoroughly unlikeable, slow and a ball watcher of renown. He continues to hang around, obviously hoping for another photo opportunity. Ashley Young put in some fine groundwork in the cause last season and with a little finesse-ing could become perfect for the dislikable arse-role.
There's also more than a few "If Milner can play for England, so can I" -types. Say what you like about the English but we prepare well for being fickle and pithy. I've never been fond of Carrick either...promised a lot but delivered surprisingly little. So, he's naturally back in the reckoning. Wilshire can't get fit again quickly enough. ...oh and while we're at it, if Paul Scholes is SO bloody amazingly, saviour-like good as the media and his contemporaries always bang on endlessly about, how come he never took the international scene by storm, was more notable for fuckawful tackling and early baths when Mr Temperament appeared on the pitch, and looked vin very ordinaire in European club competition? Or does that say more about the true state of the PL I wonder..? |

From wikipedia:
Admiral began the [1980s] with the launch of a new England kit in 1980, the first new kit in nearly 6 years. This kit was first worn in the 3–1 win over Argentina at Wembley Stadium on 13 May. However, the 1980s marked a period of decline for the Admiral brand, as it began to lose the contracts with the major clubs to domestic rival, Umbro, and new international entrant, Adidas..

Apparently Gary Lineker has normal sized ears but a really small head.

I was talking to a lad from Dunfermline a couple of weeks ago. He's got a season ticket at Anfield, turns out that it's the same price as mine at Celtic. Mind, if we'd just set fire to £100,000,000 to build a pub team, I might have to dig a bit deeper. The bloke told me that, on a game day, he leaves home at 08.00 AM, and gets back home around midnight. About £100 light on travelling for every game. Being able to spend that much time out of Dunfermlie he thought it was money well spent. And Fifers are notoriously tight.
