The Sessions
I came across this movie on the Sky box only because it was the only movie I would be vaguely interested in ,the selection they had was piss poor in January.
Well I enjoyed the movie ,it was about the relationship between a guy with polio John Hawkes and a sex therapist Helen Hunt. The best scenes where between Hawkes and his priest played by W H Macey, where he would reveal his innermost thoughts with graphic candour and the expressions on Maceys face was hilarious. Anyhow one downside was Helen Hunts very trimmed pussy ,the movie was set in the 70's I would have expected a more fuller bush great ass though...

Expendables 2
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1764651/ Not the greatest film ever made but far better than I expected, even Chuck Norris has mellowed. |

If you try to watch it via my malware/virus etc free steaming link please be aware that it can sometimes take up to five minutes to properly load so enabling you to hit play, ok.
Oh gawd if only ,
This. Wasn't acted by everyone on screen with such a straight face I`d swear originally it was intended to be a comedy. I`m three quarters of the way through and so far every second of that time has been bleeding daft. For example the snooze full evil demon villains are nothing you haven`t seen already, and seen already done much better before. The gargoyle ( No that wasn't a typo) goodies are illogical in everything they do also. As in everything they do !. Sheesh and talk about piss poor feeble CGI (When was this made again, the 80`s ?) . Makes me wonder where the budget actually went ?. As there`s barely anything with a wow factor on screen ?. Argh talking of which !. Trust me don't ever look directly at the screen. Because. Sheesh there`s even a battered to death repeated by countless action films within the last twenty years, scene , where our hunky hero oh so slowly walks away while a blazing inferno of fire rages on behind him (Groan) ,as he says nothing. Mind you considering how poor the star actually acts when called upon to then I regret all his scenes weren't unspoken ones where all he had to do was walk so so so slowly and grimace. Is nearly over. Yikes what a mess !. Actually just a single actor gives a convincing performance. Yvonne Strahovski One can only hope that it doesn't go unnoticed As that talented beauty needs to be given film roles as often as possible

Max, I didn't get it...is it worth watching or it's just waste of time?
And what is your opinion of Blue Jasmine (2013)? I began watching it but I could stay for 15 minutes. It's very boring for me. Should I watch it until the end? |

Quote:
Well considering the film cost 65 mill but thanks to the link is free, then yes on balance it`s worth watching If for no other reason than to then be able to say you had the endurance to see it through till the bitter barmy finale Quote:
That said I did sort of semi watch/fast forward it roughly from the point in which you became rightly bored also. Soooooo without wishing to upset anybody who`s not seen it yet by revealing spoilers The film is an updated version of a streetcar named desire, and the actual end involves about five minutes of crying by the star because she`s having a total breakdown and lost her mind. Then again I've yet to meet and date a woman who isn`t and hasn`t

While I have heard of suffering for the sake of art, it is supposed to be the artist who suffers and not the viewer of the completed work. If the film sucks so bad that you couldn't carry on watching it, then that is the answer to your question. I will never get past the scene in Moulin Rouge when the revellers in the 1890s "belle epoque" Parisian nightclub/bordello sing 'Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend'. The rest of that film will forever remain unwatched by me.
