The above pics. from Sexteen, 1990-03 show mystery has a different pattern of spots, i.e. spots have not simply been removed. They could have been taken prior to Lorna's boob-job but that doesn't account for the different spots.

Can Brooksie say what year/issue of Fiesta? The upturned yellow inflatable boat "setting" was used at various times (later-1970s, 1980s...) incl. among others by John Al llum, but above says Ulf Stjernbo i.e. Peter Flodqvist.

Hmm, the image filenames include 26-05, so is that the issue no? if so then that would make it 1992. And yes, here's the OP. So, now we at least have the right "era".
