The original poster identified the single name "Christy" used at a couple of foot-fetish web-sites, and miri has now turned up another site the nomenclature to "Christy Cat".

Searches using "Christy Cat" turn up a few links to one of her vids, but no other material.

I believe that Christy / Christy Cat is the best name we will find, and will mark this a [provisional BNA] for now.
