Everyone has their reasons for a particular file host. Give me an easy and quick way to upload to every preferred filehost....for free....and not have files die frequent....Or get accounts suspended and deleted with loss of all files...

Until then i guess I'll carry on the best way i can...

The smart thing is to think about the way you post

Mass posting quickly worked very well when hosts were stable & underpinned by a mass of premium paying users & advertising revenue (pre-malvertising)

Today its more a case of making sure the thread appears on the first page occasionally
so the content is kept active - free users accounts especially.

To that end the old habit of editing in new links for old in an existing post is missing a good opportunity to bump the thread to the top page.

Not everyone will have seen the content first time around so it makes sense to make a new post and report or self delete the other

From a premium account user perspective knowing how to move all content to a new host quickly is the thing to learn if you dont know already so all those uploads dont have to be done again....forget the term for it as i've never had a premium account

It's called remote upload.... problem is that many times it only works with certain hosts.

Yeah I cam Remote Upload from one host to another, but not the other way around, severely frustrating

But as I've said multiple times, if people desperately want something that I've posted, I'll do my best to help them, they just need to contact me

Self deleting Posts, particularly older ones is not recommended nor encouraged on this Forum...

In terms of notification of re-ups, Each of the Sections have varying Rules regarding such, so I can only speak on behalf of the Modern Section and only then Modern Movies, Modern Models & GMT...

In regards to MM & GMT its OK to either to refresh the Links in the Original Post and use the Report Threads in the Sticky Section above both, as the notification of such (Particularly if you are concerned with the order of Posting in Threads) as some Members are..

Re-Post the Link as a new complete post and either Report the Dead Links as above or PM one of the friendly Moderators..

If you renew dead links or add another host to an existing post in Classic Movies, you can bump up to 5 posts per 24 hours with a post that says you uploaded new links, etc...

Do not self delete the old post and create a new one.
