OCH come and go. They can disappear over night and this can happen to 1fichier too, no question.
But this can happen to any host. The financial risk is very low with 3 € per year and so "Who cares" The price is too low to think too much about it.

So if you've downloaded 3 files this week as a free member....you're throttled to 50KB/s

Instead of 1fichier Uploaders should take MEGA or Uloz.to after this changes.
