She paid guys to beat her up in Nymphs Anonymous, was one of the roommates in The Brick Dollhouse, was the excercise girl in Motel Confidential, was a fellow call girl with Pat Barrington in The Agony of Love, and a neglected housewife who gets it on with a TV repairman and a milkman in Suburbia Confidential.
I don't know much about her, she was apparently British, her last few IMDb listings were on UK TV.

Yes, she looks like the same person. Maybe she used the name Jan Patrick for still photo shoots, but she used Helena Clayton in her movie roles.
