Is VEF slow?

The forum has been reacting very slow for me the last few days and it just seems to be getting worse (like up until half a minute before any reponce when i click a link).

I'm trying to find the cause (it might be Firefox related as well although other sites i visit are not nearly this slow), are there other users that are experiencing a slow VEF?

Edit: ...it is in fact getting worse, up til a minute and i also had a

Yep, it's hit and miss for me as well... with both Firefox and Chrome, with or without a VPN in place. It could be a DDOS, it could be your ISP, but I doubt that anyone will fess up to it. I have had trouble in general today, and it could be that it is all internet load interference on the weekend. The bad gateway message indicates a total loss of connection with VEF, IMHO. I wonder if the VEF database engine is having issues as well. I am only experienced, but no expert.

EDIT: I just tried to hit a "thanks" button on a few posts, the button disappears as usual, but the "thanks" does not register on the post as it should. I change page, then I come back to the same post, and the "thanks" is not there as it should be. Methinks something is rotten in the state of Denmark, no?

Tonight, VEF has almost come to a standstill. Took around two minutes to open this page!

Im having a similar problem. VE is usually pretty responsive without much issue. I thought it was just me.
