Luckyshare problems [Moved]

Is anyone else experiencing the Luckyshare bug like I am? It has literally been days and days since I have had a good experience with them. Go thru the waiting period, enter the captcha, finally click the download now link and the browser just sits and looks at me until it defaults to 'Bad connection' or something like that. Both IE and FF do this, time after time. Clear cookies-cache- nothing helps- any clues as to how I could make it work? Multiple files- all sorts of lengths-- Thanks for any help.

I have had major issues with them both as former premium user and as a free user. Their servers are often down for days and their support system is the worst I have ever seen. As premium user I was unlucky enough to see all the files I wanted hosted on the servers that were down so I rarely used the service. As a free user its probably the worst host right now because its virtually impossible to download anything.

Yes I get the bad connection or sometimes connection refused messages. I can only assume its because the server the file is hosted on is down. The problem is its probably going to be like that so you may have to go elsewhere if possible for the file. Their response to support tickets even as a premium member is non-existent. It seems to me that its on the way out as a hosting service. They seem to be happy to take money to not to help their customers out. Its also a bad sign when servers are down for weeks instead of being sorted out.

I get it all the time (free user) for about 2-3 weeks at least. Can't download anything from luckyshare.
