Truthfully, I don't know what I weigh, but it's a lot - far too much.
I have a hospital appointment in a few weeks and will probably find out then - but I am scared of what they'll tell me. My scales go up to 21St, and I know I'm heavier than that. Ever since I've been on Thyroid meds my weights been on the rise (15 yrs now). After I lost my partner, and the depression set in, things spiralled out of control and my weight balooned.  It makes me ashamed as I write this, but I haven't cared about my weight, appearance, health or anything in such a long time. You loose all motivation, self esteem, give up and wait for the innevitable I'm 48, and don't honestly feel that I'll see 50. It's pathetic isn't it ? I wish I cared enough to get off my arse. Life has beaten me, and I gave up. Shame - shame on me

I am feelin a little sad as my wife made some fresh oatmeal cookies yesterday and I consumed them all last night watching a movie

As Mrs alal is away for the weekend (breaking lockdown rules going to our second home with friends) I imagine I will over indulge starting in about 5 mins when my Chablis is perfectly warmed up. (I let it get too cold by pressing the wrong button on the beer fridge)
Then I might eat too much, Stay up too late and watch too much crap on primeflix
