28 Accents of France
There are at least 28 different French accents only in France. (French Belgian, French Swiss or Canadian French accent are very diverse too).
If you listen to them carefully, you will observe that if a mother speaks with a Provencal accent and his son with a Northern one... it looks very unlikely.

In fact I asked that because I watched GOT in French language.
But the other day I watched on youtube a part in English with Daenerys and Tyrion together.
I really noticed that Daenerys spoke with an English accent and not Tyrion.
I had more difficulties to define Tyrion's accent. He didn't speak like Ronald Reagan.
Peter Dinklage had not a huge American accent, but he definitively had not an English one.

That's why I asked this question.

Rube I never saw one episode. I read the first 2-4 volumes and when all the "good" peeples did was die, usually stupidly, I had no desire to watch the series.
As to different accents just chalk it up to being from different parts of whatever the hell the country they were suppose to be or to indefference.

I'm sorry, Ruby, but except for one bloke who sounded like a French Hitler, I noticed more difference in tone than I did in accent.

In the US can anyone say they are a priest, or do they have to study?

The Vatican and the local Catholic dioceses ordain their church leadership, pretty much in the same way they've been staffing their churches across the globe for centuries. At least that's what I've always been told by those in the know on the subject.

When you use the word 'priest', did you mean 'Catholic priest?' I'm not sure if there is an actual law or statute preventing someone from claiming they are one, but the Church probably would be able to let the public know that person has not been ordained. They also might be able to file some sort of civil suit. In general, that would apply to any other religion that has officials that they call priests. Of course, someone could always create their own religion and say that they are a priest then.

Usually folks who start a new religion call themselves a prophet

Critics remarked on the various inconsistencies of accents, in particular Peter Dinklage's valiant struggles with an English accent. Emelia Clarke is English. The international cast seems to have created much hilarity for those in the know.

My hearing has deteriorated to the point that I was relying on close captions in the later seasons.

I find it kind of silly that people are criticizing the "reality" of a show that has dragons in it.
