Jill Nicolini (born 1978) is a native of Long Island, New York. The model, actress and reality TV show participant joined WPIX-TV as a traffic reporter for the WB11 Morning News in April 2004 (now called the PIX Morning News as of December 2008).
Before becoming WPIX's morning traffic reporter, Nicolini made her living as a model. She tried out unsuccessfully to become the official live action model for Vampirella in 2001. She had bit parts in four feature films and six TV shows, including Sex and the City and Law and Order.
At the age of 24, Nicolini won the title of Miss Long Island 2002. Lisa was fired from The Cosby Show twice. She often had clashes with Bill Cosby, creatively and because of her increasingly unprofessional behavior. Her behavior also occasionally created tension backstage for the younger Cosby Show kids.

The first time she was fired was in 1987 at the urging of Cosby. Over a hiatus, Bonet had made the movie Angel Heart with Mickey Rourke, and she had several graphic sex scenes with him (many of which had to be cut), and did a nude magazine photo shoot. Needless to say, her actions made a mockery of the morals clauses which all the Cosby show children had to abide by. So she was fired, but threatened to drag the show's producers and Cosby into a media mudsling, and also threatened legal action against the show. As a compromise, Lisa was kept off The Cosby Show, but put into a spinoff series 'A Different World' instead. Lisa only spent a year on A Different World, leaving the show when she became pregnant.

After she gave birth to her daughter, she returned to A Different World, but her erratic and unprofessional behavior became worse. She was often late for show taping, and sometimes didn't bother to show up at all, so she was finally removed from that show entirely. She was brought back to The Cosby Show then, but as she continued to behave badly, she was eventually fired again, this time permanently. When the show aired it's finale, Lisa was not invited to participate in it.

If someone posed nude ten or more years prior to being "outed", I would say 'live and let live'. Who doesn't make mistakes or desperate choices, esp. when young? You shouldn't have to be punished the rest of your life.

Having said, that, when are people in this brave new world of digital media going to smarten up ??? If you are a college girl (of boy) posing nude for this week's boyfriend, what makes you think that those pictures will NOT wind up on the web? Especially if the relationship ends badly ? Remember what happened to Miss America, Vanessa L. Williams when nude photographs taken by a professional photographer were sold without her knowledge to Penthouse magazine ? That was almost thirty years ago.

Today unless your cell phone looks like a brick everyone is carrying a digital camera. If you are an athlete, celebrity, or someone else in the public eye and you embarrass yourself publicly how can you think it will not end up on YouTube ? If you work in a conservative kind of industry (military, law, education, banking and finance, law enforcement) you cannot portray yourself in an unflattering light and not expect there to be some kind of consequences. The company I work for explicitly states that if you are traveling on company business and engage in risky behavior while on your own time you could face disciplinary action, up to and including termination. And it ain't exactly a Fortune 1000 company !

Here's a radical idea: before you run off to that Playboy audition, how 'bout speaking to your HR department to see if you might face some kind of sanctions for such an act ? How 'bout scrubbing your Facebook page of those racy pictures ? How about avoiding getting put into potentially compromising situations ? Otherwise, you'd better order cheese to go with your whine !
