She could well be Nicole Niggemeyer. Mystery has a spot/mole on the lower left side of her back which I couldn't see on Nicole unless she had it removed of course.

As there isn't much to go on, I've included the small pic from the toc which really isn't a lot of help I know.

The mole on Nicole's left shoulder blade is pretty significant-see egafd pic. That is: it would be difficult to miss on mystery above? Can't see it on the scan ron01 where one might expect to see it. Or maybe ron10.

Nicole has a small spot on her neck, see e.g. here, see also first egafd head shot. Mystery above lacks that spot.

Nicole's earliest vid. seems to be 1989. That'd be a 4 year gap from mystery's pics.
