I tend to hold on and hold on during the night/early morning although might desperately need a pee. Which I've been told isn't good for the bladder
But then I`m too lazy to get up and to the bathroom. It`s not a massive walk either. Still the few times I've had an en-suite I've been the same. Really daft behaviour when often I need a pee so badly it keeps me awake
