LV-426 is not the same planet as the planets in Prometheus and Covenant.

Good point. I've seen Prometheus (but not Covenant), and does the name LV-426 EVER get mentioned by the characters at any point in the story? I cant remember.

Lv 426 is not the planet in Prometheus. Thats the planet the strange ship crashes on in covenant, alien, aliens...
