Haven't seen the clip, but it sounds like one of those semi-documentary types of production. Given the possible nature of that production, perhaps the fluffer was all part of the storyline.

it was pretty authentic. remember this was a rocco flick and those that are familiar with his work know that he can a bit challenging for the actresses. the girl in question was not only very young but visibly very inexperienced too. she wasnt happy about the scene that rocco hadset out for her so while she was being persuaded to continue a fluffer was called on to keep the woodsman hard.
roccos films often pass the aceptable line when it comes to taste and part of the attraction for his punters is the humiliation of the women in it

When I think of films like Boiling Desires, which was made on half a shoestring budget (two girls, three guys, two (?) locations), would the makers really want to factor in additional overheads?
Let's face it, the producers were not out to make critically acclaimed movies, they were out to make as much cash as they could. Putting myself into that position, if the guys asked for a fluffer I would hand them a nudie book and tell them to use their hands.
I seen that happen once before on the Louis Theroux programme where he was delving into the adult film industry. A guy who said he was straight had to bum another guy and to prepare took a nudie book to the toilet.

For those paychecks came in on every Friday, on schedule. In his situations, the count was a bit higher, like about 6-8 people, and never mentioned getting the offer made in later scenes.
