Trying to find good quality images of Molly Munro for comparison.

"Mystery" has a distinctive pattern of moles/spots on her right shoulder, right arm-pit, on her right breast, and between her breasts.

The prints of the films she is in online are fairly poor quality so discerning the moles may be tough but comparing the pubes gives a distinct match to my eye and running face forward shots from the films against some of these photo spread face shots gives upwards of 80+ percent matching in terms of facial recognition. She is a lot more done up here than her film appearances and the hair is different too. However, when she smiles in both, I can see a distinct match.

Some further evidence. I took the suggestion above and compared the mystery woman's moles on the right shoulder with Molly's right shoulder from 1987's "Max Bedroom" Looks like a solid match to me.
