PVC on Doctors TV series

Sorry if the wrong place to ask and if this seems lame but a few weeks ago I was watching BBC soap Doctors (a sad case, I know!). The older receptionist (Karen?) was celebrating her silver anniversary and showed one of the docs, while wearing it, the PVC outfit she had for the evening fun. Does anyone have a copy of her like this, please?

Also, same soap a few weeks earlier and Lorraine Chase? (Luton Airport) turned up as a hooker in thigh boots. Would love to se that again also?
