Female Sexual Harassment

With all the news of sexual harassment towards women, I wonder if anyone have stories of men sexually harassed by females? This thread is strictly for personal experience, do not bring politics into this.

I'll start. I was sexually harassed by a female co-worker when I started a new job. A female co-worker did a lot of inappropriate things. I was usually the first person to work, and she soon learned to come in early so she could get her jolly's on.

She would rub her body up to me, show me her cleavage, hug and kiss me. I never showed any interest towards her, nor did I ever act upon her sexual advances.

I just kinda took it for a long time because I was new, it was a small office and I didn't know what kind of relationship this lady had with the owner of the company. (I really couldn't afford losing my job)

She made the work place very uncomfortable and I dreaded it when she came into work. I was so relieved when she suddenly quit the company some four months later.

Now she didn't damage me emotionally and it's something I just chalked up as a bad experience. But recent events made that experience rush back into my head.

I wonder how common female sexual harassment is in the workplace?

I have been harassed many times by women.Even, IMHO sexually , like you were. I know we can't say the R word on this prim & proper Brit run fuck forum,

but in a way yes that is true too & I explained it here in my thread about "sexually aggressive women".I also know from honest girl talk, they talk about their sexual prowess & their "conquests" over men too!
I know this is true by quite a bit of personal experience & by my "cock hound" constantly horny buds, & the ladies I was involved with.IMHO, your experience was not unique at all.

Yes, I have been harassed, including by a boss who put me on a "performance plan" when I refused her advances. I found a new job. She was fired a few months later when she asked for additional headcount to perform my former duties.

I saw a lot of inappropriate sexual activity in workplaces over the years, but must say that women were subjected to unwanted sexual advances and suggestions much more often than men. It is likely that every woman in the workforce has multiple stories of harassment.

I have been sexually harassed by one woman - she was one of my best friend's girlfriend at the time. It was very awkward, she was constantly kissing me and hugging me and trying to grope me and such, and telling me inappropriate sexual things.

My friend was aware of it, and he did break up with her not long after that, but I used to dread seeing her.

Other than that I wouldn't say I've ever experienced anything inappropriate or wholly unwelcome. I agree with Brian, I'd hate to be a woman and have to deal with this s*** all the time

Whoo boy, how to explain this.

First, yes, I was harassed by a woman maybe 25 years ago. I was in charge of training a bunch of students in several subjects and the company they worked for sent a female attorney over to work out some of the details. She was not a female that I would have normally have touched with a ten foot pole. But, we wound up going to dinner after work, drinking, having too many and ........

I tried to forget about it immediately but she didn't. All of a sudden I started getting letters daily and phone calls way too often (luckily I only had a land line back then). Acknowledged a few at first until it became obvious she wanted way more than I could give. Finally had to hire an attorney to file a cease and desist.

Still have all her correspondence after all these years (unopened) just in case she ever shows up again.

But I've always been a pretty aggressive person and if I found a lady I was interested in I'd go after them. As far as I know I've never crossed that physical line (I've never been arrested for any of that) but I have wondered, from all this discussion on the news, about the real role of a male.

I've always believed that if you want something (especially female) you have to go after them. You aren't going to get many by hiding in a corner or ignoring them. I've always thought a man should be aggressive. Talk the lady up. Make her laugh and have a good time. Run a finger along her arm, or back, and see her reaction. If all is OK she'll let you know. And if she's not interested she'll also let you know.

I don't know. I'm reasonably sure I've never stepped over that physical boundary which Trump certainly has.

I also agree this is primarily a female problem. Usually, they're not the person in power. From what I've heard this activity isn't really about sex, its about power.

Women are the most extreme manipulators I have ever witnessed on this planet.They'd let a guy do anything, say anything ,to them , if the guy is in a position to give them any advantage.Even if there are other dudes or women around!Monetary favors included.I've seen it where I worked,for years, so many chicks were caught fucking or to put it blunt, blowing male supervision where I worked it wasn't funny!If they think a dude can make their life easier, they'll open up any orifice they have!But if a guy has no advantage for them to bang & makes a "play" for them , its sexual harassment in heart beat!

Reminds me of an incident(s) today that's lets just say in the utmost public light , ubiquitous on our media.Yes DJ T no doubt was a product of women thinking he could , (& he certainly was in a position to), do a lot for any women, & egged him on, but now as women do & I know them pretty well ,they could have got pissed because he groped or saw the "goodies" & got they shit in return & expected the Gold!It happened to me, but IMHO I didn't force myself on them,to see or do those things.Some even accused me of being "frisky" when I know Gd damn well I wasn't, they just were pissed to the max, I didn't take their ultimate bait! Exactly the reason for not screwing around at work, or drinking too much with clients, co-workers, and customers. Similarly, drinking durimg a poker game is not recommended.

Isn't it understood that many people are clubbing to find casual sex partners? In this context women or men asking for what they want cannot be construed as harassment. I tried repeatedly to explain this to a former girlfriend who liked to wear see through tops with a short skirt, dance suggestively in a club, and complain about men hitting on her. The sex was great, but the dishonesty caused me to dump her.

You go with what you got and women gots manipulation. You raise a good point in that engaging with women is often a perilous adventure where it is usually difficult to know what's happening or how she'll remember events in the future. With my four sisters, I know them well enough to know when facts are being omitted or added; with other women, not so much.
