A quick google is a bit uninformative, as expected; but I get the possible general gist...of course I could be completely wrong.
Moderators can't read them. An admin probably could if they were smart and inclined to, depending, but I assume it would leave a trail of them doing so. You would expect Admins to be above this, and here I know for certain at least 1 of them is  Owners could probably do what they want, but why would they. If you're talking about something illegal it's a whole other story, but for general gossip and whatever you're safe here I would think. |
