I think it is her! I just saw her f@cebook page and the name Shana Yaxley
comes up when searching for Heather Lee

They had a Celebration of life memorial for Heather the other day and there are pics of it up on Facebook. She passed away on April 9th, 2024, according to her boyfriend and half-brother's Facebook postings.
