A little slow on the uptick but it just clicked that this is Tana Robinson. Had a short career in the late 70's to maybe at latest the early 80's. Appeared in some films but primarily more loops if memory serves. (The other actress in "Afternoon Delight" may be a similar looking model but with a side profile I can't be certain. I think this other model wore headbands too)
