College Girls 1983 NSS.
Un-named in the magazine credits (credits page missing from the linked post).
Didn't recognise her inside the magazine, but only made a quick skim through.

This girl's ID was previously requested by the OP in 2015 so this thread is now the followup.

David Mecey was responsible for the back cover. He also did some of the pictures from Girls of the Big 8 section in the NSS. Assuming the picture is from that Conference, the only pic I could find that comes close is the one below.

Her name is Pegi McGuire. Is it her? Possibly, but I wouldn't count on it. Just because she was on the back cover doesn't mean she had to be featured inside.

This is looks like the same girl from the pic you posted above. The file name says she is Nancy Amons. But is she the same girl from OP's post? Her hair looks a bit different, but it's hard to tell since OP's pic is the only one that shows the back of her head. The rest of her looks quite similar.
