IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0367742/ VEFers in the UK who can remember the 1970s ITV series "Beryl's Lot" might be interested in this clip. It features Verna Harvey who played Rose Humphries in that series but here she is getting her top off in the 1973 movie 'Mafia Junction' aka 'Blue Movie Blackmail' aka 'Super Bitch' - a film which is probably better known for Stephanie Beacham's nude scene it. Assassin (1973)
Two images of Verna Harvey from the 1973 UK film "Assassin" starring Ian Hendry.
For some reason this film is an oscurity which doesn't seem to have been commercially released. Can't think why, it's got some good people in it. These images hail from a late 90s website called "PalPics" which had caps from films and TV shown in the 80s and 90s. So it must have been shown on TV at some stage in that era. But not in recent times.   Postscript: I've now checked for TV showings of that film and found it was indeed shown in the requisite timeframe. It was sporadically shown by individual ITV regions on an opt-out basis on 6 occasions that I found. (Unless it was listed without Ian Hendry's name also mentioned, because searching without that would have thrown up too many other things). No showings located since 1984. 'Assassin' has just been released on blu-ray, and while I'll try and post more screencaps of Verna soon, here are two from another site for now.
