Because in her forum (Vintage Elegance & Beauty) there is not a thread like this, I think it is abslutely fondamental and due to remember her.

Marilyn Monroe (June 1, 1926, Los Angeles – August 5, 1962, Los Angeles), born Norma Jeane Mortenson, but baptized Norma Jeane Baker.

The circumstances of her death, from an overdose of barbiturates, have been the subject of conjecture. Though officially classified as a "probable suicide," the possibility of an accidental overdose, as well as the possibility of homicide, have not been ruled out. In 1999, Monroe was ranked as the sixth greatest female star of all time by the American Film Institute.

Thank you for having started this thread and for all your posts, they all prove to be very heartfelt and made me think a lot. Also, they provided me a lot of extremely useful information, since I am a fan of most of the girls posted here. Sorry but I don't think my words can truly express what I think... but thanks again for this time of reflection.

She won the Theatre World Award, a Golden Globe and a Golden Laurel. She had been the Pl@yb0y Pl@ym@te of the Month in February 1955. She died in an automobile accident.
