Unable to get response to messages

I was wondering if anyone could assist me with a question that I have about a thread that I created. I have sent multiple private messages, but for some reason, I haven't received a response. I would appreciate it if a moderator or anyone currently signed on, could give me assistance.

The promptness of responses all depends on who you contacted and how long ago that might have been. The mod(s) in question may not be online today. We do not so this for a living, we volunteer to do this (yes, even the Admins) so it's quite possible that you will not get an immediate response.

Please be patient and give it some time.

Well, I don't mean to sound too critical, it's just that whenever I sent messages to the moderators before, or used the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the website, I would normally get a response within a 24-hour period. It's not that I have to get that quick of a response, I just assumed that I would receive a quick response based on previous messages that I sent. I just assume there are moderators online 24 hours a day. I am fine with getting a response at a later time. Thanks for the feedback.
