In 1989 Meanstreak open up for Dream Theater when DT were promoting their debut album, When Dream And Day Unite.

To say that the Meanstreak ladies made a love connection with the DT guys would be an understatement.

Bassist Lisa Pace is married to DT Bassist John Myung, Guitarist Marlene Apuzzo is married to former DT Drummer Mike Portnoy and the other Guitarist Rena Sands is married to DT Guitarist John Petrucci!
