I wasn't going to respond but this reply is to benefit others, not for the the poster of the comment.

"a joke" should not be made with the intent to cause maximum offense to another, while being deluded that behaviour is acceptable.

As for his other remark, I have gained friends on Facebook who live in other countries that over the years have gotten to know each other very well actually. They are as much real friends to me as those friends who live local.

You cannot reason with a bully / bullies who have dislike to you who have chosen you to victimize.

The only action to take is to walk away.

As for the poster, I don't take shit from no one anymore, I used to but not anymore.
