Once I started buying my own magazines instead of relying on what I could find lying about, I tried most of the newsagent magazines including Escort and Fiesta. I eventually settled on Club International for the fantasy girls who were completely out of my league, and Fiesta for the ones I might have a chance with if I won the lottery a couple of times. Can't really explain why, I think in between ruining my eyesight, Fiesta was a better read, and the girls were somehow more real. I've also always had a taste for Reader's Wives and amateurs and in my opinion Fiesta was the best for that.

in Fiesta showed that most so called average ladies could be just as glamorous as many professional models who were only in front of the camera for maybe 2% of their
career but still the thought of Mrs Average with legs apart fed my imagination and still
does. But does Fiesta still exist

i was a fan of them both but fiesta was the one i liked best of the two, i think because it did better shoots of "normal woman" the kind i was likely to see around. probably the reason my favourite sections were the readers wife striptease and the readers wives pages.

Like a few others have mentioned, both mags were pretty low on my list--although I do have quite a soft spot for Fiesta. In my book Mayfair is the granddaddy of all the UK softcore editorials, especially in the 1970s-80s. My #2 always switches between Club, Men Only, and Knave. Sorry Fiesta/Escort fans!

Fiesta. The women are more mucky, and there is a better variety of models e.g.. big girls, small girls, black girls, white girls, brown girls and sexier costumes, lots of skirts which I love.

Shows how long its been since I last purchased a magazine in paper form. Last price I recall ever paying for Readers' Wives was only £2,25; but today I saw it's now £4.50! Hence it remained on the shelf. Shame cause one girl on the cover looked really cute. Lol.

Fiesta was my favourite, loved the readerswives section and the specials they used to do, although I enjoyed escort my preference was always for fiesta
