They already have, it was used in the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica. Infact, until recently I had never heard the word used any other way, and still smirk whenever I hear it on the news.

I remember Frack being used in the old version of Battlestar Gallactica as well as a made up word felgacarb which Starbuck(Dirk Benedict) used to use but I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the full 'fracking' turned up somewhere, after all the Americans say 'fricking' and 'freaking' in some series. films etc to replace the obvious. Maybe frazzing or frassing as Yosemite Sam used to use under his breath as in "bracker fracker, rassing, fassing..." Even Muttley is heard to use 'brasser, frasser" etc
Incidentally someone once asked Don Messick how he got that snickering laugh for Muttley/Mumbley etc and he replied that because he smoked so much he used to wheeze alot.

"Frack" already shows up in other US productions, usually as a nod to the new Battlestar Galactica, also usually used by characters who have already been established as "nerds".

I used to think that "feck" was used for similar purposes on Father Ted, but late last year I started working with someone from the Republic of Ireland and she quite happily uses feck.

On a sketch on Robot Chicken, they showed Battlestar Galactica characters using spurious swear words; "I can't believe how fracked we are."; "Excuse me, I've go to go take a massive wet shart."; "Sorry I'm late, I was just having arnal sex in the locker room."; "Who jarked off in my coffee?"

It then cuts to two people from the FCC watching all this and one says, "What the f*ck are they saying?"

Default Musical Anagrams

The subject of anagrams came up in the "Why...why..why?" thread so here are a few used by musicians/ groups as song or album titles:

"King's Lead Hat" by Brian Eno = Talking Heads

"Thela Hun Jingeet" by King Crimson = Heat in the Jungle

The album "Spring Session M" by Missing Persons = Missing Persons (surprise!)

This was on MASTERMIND earlier in the General Knowledge bit. What does Squirrel mean?
Answer it comes from the greek words for 'shade' & 'tail' apparently.

The other word is actually "felgercarb". There are those who will swear it is "feldergarb", though.

In the remake of 'The Italian Job' Charlize Theron does most of her stunt driving as does Jason Statham & Mark Wahlberg. They all went on an intensive stunt driving course to learn how to hand the new Minis. I still think the original film is the best though.
